A mid-sized real estate agency in Mumbai was generating 500+ leads a month across MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, Instagram, and walk-ins. Every source went to a different person, was copied manually into a shared Excel sheet, and was followed up on via personal WhatsApp. Agents had no visibility into which leads were still warm. We built a custom CRM that pulls leads automatically from all three portals via their APIs and from the website via a webhook, routing each one to the right agent by area and property type. Every WhatsApp conversation is logged inside the CRM — agents use a shared inbox rather than personal numbers. An inventory module shows live unit status across all their projects, updated the moment a deal is marked as booked. Automated follow-up sequences re-engage cold leads after 3 and 7 days without any manual action. The sales manager dashboard shows pipeline, stage-by-stage conversion, agent performance, and revenue forecast — updated in real time.
