We built an AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform that extracts key clauses, renewal dates, and obligations from uploaded contracts using GPT-4o. Renewal alerts fire automatically 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Contracts move through a configurable approval workflow before signing. On the billing side, we built auto-generated invoices triggered by case milestones, a client payment portal with UPI and bank transfer support, and automated WhatsApp and email reminders that escalate based on days overdue. The accounts dashboard shows total billed, collected, and outstanding by client — updated the moment a payment lands.
